What’s your returns & exchanges policy?

Beour.com understands that and wishes to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Please contact with us for return or exchange service within 7 days on receipt of your purchase. We recommend that you use a post service for returning shipment and obtain proof of posting. Make sure all returns must be sent back in original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to reject return and exchange of any items with wear, damage or removed tags. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure the proper packing and can’t get damaged on the way! Once your returns are received and inspected by our after-sale dept, refund or exchange will be processed within three(3) days. Return/Exchange Terms & Conditions:

Faulty or Incorrect Item Return or Exchange:
Beour.com will be responsible for faulty or incorrect items returned shipping costs if the faulty or incorrect claim is confirmed to be valid. Full payment with return shipping costs will be refunded in Beour.com Credit account or original method of payment within three (3) days of receipt of your return.

Size or Color Exchange:
Please note that detailed sizes and colors of an item are displayed on our site clearly, if you want to exchange your item for different size or color, just contact with us about the size and color you want. Beour.com will provide a replacement item shipment within three (3) days. For the size or color exchange, the shipping fee of replacement and return shipping cost will be born by the customers. Please be kindly advised that the reshipping will be arranged according to your selected shipping method.

Unwanted Returns and Exchange:
Beour.com accepts the unwanted items returned, all the returned must be in their original packaging, which includes tags and any packaging. We reserve the right to reject return and exchange of any items with wear, damage or removed tags.
For exchange, customers will be pay for shipping cost of replacement and the return shipping cost. Please be kindly advised that the replacement shipping will be arranged according to your selected shipping method.
For return, Beour.com only refunds what you paid for your items, not including the shipping cost. And a basis shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if it's less than $ 99.00 when you returned the partial items.

 

How to Return?

Please contact our customer service to get an RMA for return or exchange service within 7 days on receipt of your purchase. And please note down the following information on paper and return with your order:
1) Your order number
2) The item code you wish to return or exchange
3) An RMA No.
4) Reason for return or exchange

 

What is RMA and Where I can get it?

RMA means Return Merchandise Authorization, which will be offered by Beour.com for the return or exchange service. You’ll receive an email notification with an RMA number after contact our customer service representative. Please note down the RAM number with other required information and sent back to us with your returns. Unauthorized RMA number or unspecified returns may be refused or disregarded.

Will you refund me my shipping cost?

Beour.com will usually refund you what you paid for your order, but not the shipping costs, we only responsible for the faulty or incorrect items return or reshipment of replacement.

What shipping method should I adopt for the returned purchases?

Pls be kindly noted that the returned shipping method is unrestricted and you can adopt whatever shipping services as you like.

According to our international business experience, post service might takes longer but it's cheaper. Therefore, we suggest you to choose post service for the returned shipment, mark as "Gift" and declare a low value on the invoice to avoid costumes. (This information is only for reference, that actual shipping fees depend on your local post service.)

When will I get the refund?

Once your returns are received and inspected by our after-sale dept, refund will be refunded in Beour.com Credit account or original method of payment within three (3) days of receipt of your return.
